Dear Dr. Amoako Tuffour,
A.K.A Mark Annan of Cape Coast
STOP your dirty tricks; we are satisfied
with Kwabena’s style of administration
You are an elder of the great New Patriotic
Party (NPP), but sir, when it is about the
Party which was formed in 1992; we have all
been actively involved in it and are
prepared to defend the truth no matter what.
Your penchant for lies and moves, aimed at
destroying people who do not bow to your
dictates is increasingly becoming
disingenuous to the growth of the party.
Since 1992, the General Secretary has always
led the party on electoral matters and we
cannot change the status quo. Agyenim
Boateng, Dan Botwe, Ohene Ntow and Kwadwo
Afriyie were never subjected to these wicked
attempts at reducing their office to some
non-entity.
Dr. Amoako Tuffour, your constant ridiculing
of the Party’s General Secretary is
sickening and I believe has gotten to its
crescendo. Even before he was overwhelmingly
endorsed at Tamale, you treated him to your
Machiavellian tactics, aimed at endorsing
your poodle, Yaw Asamoa , however, Allah,
the merciful, realized Kwabena was the one
we needed to manage our party to victory
2016.
I am aware of your moves in Kumasi to
constantly raise unnecessary issues, aimed
at courting public hatred for Kwabena but I
can assure you, all will fail.
On Monday, March 09, 2015, you were on Okay
FM, an Accra based radio station, doubting
the electoral competencies of the elections
master. I can unequivocally state that,
Kwabena Agyepong, will always be amongst the
best in our party and country. We all saw
what he did in the 2008 elections. Since
1996, we have always heard of a Kwabena
Agyepong when it came to communication and
electoral issues. The Man has committed
enough to the party and we won’t fall for
your tactics of destroying him.
I feel it’s about time some of you realized
that congress elected him against your
wishes. What is wrong when Kwabena decides
to pick up a role that is within his
purview?
We are sick and tired of some so called
Elders, who run to radio stations to discuss
Steering committee matters without even
respecting the secrecy of our party.
Dr. Amoako Tuffour, your moles in the
steering committee are doing you a great
disservice. Like the popular Akan proverb,
“Y3 ma yen sere….”
We are tired of your likes, Dr. Amoako
Tuffour. To say that Yaw Buaben, Mac Manu
and Sir John are more knowledgeable on
electoral matters than Kwabena Agyepong
reduces your appreciation of our body
politics.
To Kwabena Agyepong, the silent majority of
our party folks are happy with your style of
administration. Never bother about these
destructive agents in the party. Always
remember the quote by Dale Carnegie: “A good
deed, "said the prophet Mohammed, "is one
that brings a smile of joy to the face of
another." Why will doing a good deed every
day produce such astounding efforts on the
doer?
Because trying to please others will cause
us to stop thinking of ourselves: the very
thing that produces worry and fear and
melancholia.”
