Let’s honour our past
Patriots - Kwabena Agyepong
Kwabena Agyepong, a former press secretary and Presidential
spokesperson to President Kufour, has assured party delegates of
his desire to institute a certificate of Service for past
executives, whose commitment and sacrifice has brought the NPP
this far.
Addressing delegates as part of his tour of the Greater Accra,
Kwabena said, “The time has come for us to honour and recognize
our past front-line soldiers who have struggled and sustained
the NPP as the vibrant political party in Ghana”. He believed
the experience of all past leaders will be needed in the lead up
to the 2016 elections.
The leading contender for the General Secretary Position, urged
delegates to massively endorse his candidature as he has the
institutional memory to administer the party and unite it for
effective campaign so as to deliver Ghanaians from the current
hardship.
The tour took him to the Ada, Sege, Ningo Prampram, Kpone
Katamanso, Ashaiman, Tema East, Tema West and Tema Central
constituencies.
