NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY
NATIONAL DELEGATES CONFERENCE
In furtherance of Article 9 A(5) of the NPP Constitution,
whereas the National Executive Committee (NEC) thinks it
necessary that an Extraordinary National Delegates
Conference may be convened, notice is hereby given that an
Extraordinary Delegates Conference shall be held on Saturday
19th of December, 2015 at the St. James Seminary, Abesim –
Sunyani, Brong-Ahafo at 9:00 a.m prompt.
The Extraordinary National Delegates Conference shall be
attended by the following delegates:
A. Members of the National Council
B. Members of the National Executive Committee
C. All members of the Regional Executive Committees
D. All members of the Constituency Executive Committees
E. Fifteen (15) members of the National Council of Elders
F. Twelve (12) delegates from every external branch as
defined under section 8(2) of NPP Party’s Constitution
G. One(1) Tescon representative from each recognized
Tertiary Institution in the country
H. Fifteen(15) Patrons elected from among themselves
I. Founding Members across the country who are signatories
to the Registration documents of the Party at the Electoral
Commission
J. All NPP Members of Parliament
The following are also invited:
- Former Ministers of State
- Former MCE’s/DCE’s during President Kufuor’s Tenure
- Former NPP Members of Parliament
- Former Government Appointees between 2001 – 2008
- Former National and Regional NPP Party Officers
