CHALLENGES OVER;
“Aagbe Wor" DEMO NOW 12th NOVEMBER
As AFAG shake the foundations of
corruption
November 04, 2014
The Alliance for Accountable Governance (AFAG)
wish to inform all and sundry that, its "Aagbe
Wor" demonstration will now to be held on
Wednesday 12th November.
In a meeting yesterday with the regional
security team, AFAG’s quest to hold the mass
action within one week of postponement was
granted.
Though we had wanted to seek a proposed date
within a week in court, had our expected
date of 12th November been denied, AFAG is
no longer considering such action.
We advice the Ghana Police Service to be on
top of regional programs needing their
support so as to avert any such unnecessary
clash with the police in future.
AFAG's demonstrations as always have been
very peaceful and the "Aagbe Wor" demo on
Wednesday 12th November will not be an
exception. The will of the people will
triumph over evil. We need to fight for our
freedom from the bondage of corruption and
universal suffrage facing majority of
Ghanaians caused by the greedy appointees of
the NDC government.
Fellow countrymen, Our organizational works
are solidly on cause, and the turnout will
be non comparable to any demonstration in
recent times. We will shake the foundations
of corruption under this selfish regime

Burkina Faso: is the cure
more dangerous than the disease?
TheGuardianUK, Nov 05,
Ghanadot - It’s easy to get caught up in the
excitement and the romance of Burkina Faso’s popular
revolution. But revolutions solve nothing on their
own, it’s what comes next that really counts.
Unfortunately, Africa’s recent track record in this
department is poor. The odds of a success story, at
least in the short term, are not in Burkina Faso’s
favour.
