Did Trump
win or did Biden (Part One)?

Evidently, the left’s hatred for President Trump has
been limitless. The desire to drive him out of office,
by all means necessary, might have continued into the
2020 election.
A
day after the election, the causes of the chaos and
confusion that greeted the result were found in only six
states - out of the 50 in the United States.
Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, and
Wisconsin. These were the battleground states that
gave the victory to Joe Biden, the new president.
These were also the states that Trump needed to win to
cement re-election; an outcome that seemed certain on
election night.
Coincidentally, most of these states and their counties
were run by Democrats.
After a sudden pause in the counting at night, ordered
by the governors of the six states, Biden overcame the
next morning the seemingly insurmountable lead Trump had
the night before.
Doubts about Biden's victory and voting systems in these
states were immediately raised by the Trump side.
But the left and the Democrats asked people to believe
that Trump’s ouster was legit.
There was a massive rally in DC, held on January 06,
2021, to protest what many considered a stolen election.
Violence at the protest triggered a snap impeachment
from the House of Congress, against President Trump on a
single charge of inciting insurrection.
Four years back, on Trump’s inaugural day in January
2017, a similar violent protest had happened in DC
against Trump's victory. The reason was that the
“Russians had stolen the elections” for him.
He was, therefore, unfit for the office.
The most vocal call for resistance was Hillary Clinton,
a Democrat Trump competitor and a failed presidential
aspirant in the 2016 race.
Hillary's call for resistance was hailed as part of the
American tradition.
But after 2020 and Trump's call for the January 06,
protest, this same respected tradition evaporated.
Instead, the protestors on Trump's side are now
considered insurrectionists.
Trump has earned a snap impeachment from a mostly
partisan House and is now awaiting trial in the Senate -
a total of two snap impeachments in just one year.
The left pretends to offer the hurried impeachments as
virtuous exercises and not as marks of mean desperation.
For almost 150 years before Trump, only three US
presidents had faced impeachment.
"Andrew Johnson in 1868 and Bill Clinton in 1998 were
impeached, while Richard Nixon resigned before he could
be impeached in 1974,” wrote the Business Insider.
The left has now turned the impeachment clause into a
political weapon and has deprived the process of all of
its constitutional diligence, just to hurt Trump.
Even Federal institutions once thought non-partisan -
The FISA Court, Department of Justice, and the FBI –
have been corrupted, in some ways by left insiders, as
detailed in the
Inspector General Horowitz
Report of 2019, in the effort to oust Trump.
The Russia Collusion and Ukrainian Quid Pro Quo charges,
seeded mostly by Hillary, and leaks of false information
by deep state plants within the executive branch to the
media, were some of the routes used in the attempts to
end the Trump regime.
And then during Trump's last year, there was also the
China virus, creating the ultimate opportunity for the
politics and the vitriol to be amped up.
The origin of the virus didn't matter to the left.
Neither were the sincere efforts to combat and produce
vaccines in record time. Every inch of the process
was all anti-Trump contest.
Though science was brought in as the driver, fighting
the virus was never
about science, but all about political correctness and
how to dirty up Trump for the 2020 election.
By the time of the election, some 350,000 people have
died as the result of COVId-19. And the tragedy
was used within a context of heightened political
frenzy, and no pause for a call for national unity.
All this hate that corrupted all things institutional
over four years, we are now asked to believe, never
entered the 2020 election.
And the man whom the left had readied for
political vaporization was allowed fraud-free
re-election.
It was about fighting for power. The elites in
Washington were absolutely against the outsider Trump.
Witness the entire process and the two snap impeachment
in the House, which allowed no investigations, had no
witnesses and defense from Trump's side.
A serious procedure that in the past took months for the
result to get out of the House took mere three hours
this time.
No wonder Chief Justice Roberts, recognizing the
unconstitutionality of the last impeachment act, refused
to preside over the trial at the Senate. After such a
"so-called" great victory and the fact that Trump had
barely two weeks left as president, Trump's foes wanted
him still removed from office!
For the opposition, the impatience would pass muster.
And the meanness of the pursuit in the objective to get
rid of Trump for good, to prevent him from ever running
for a Federal office again, was all there in the run-up
to the election.
This
mean-scotch earth drives to get the desired result would
serve as an answer as to why the 2020 election could
have been a steal by the left. They understood
perfectly what had transpired in the 2020 race, just
like they knew Trump won the 2016 election without
Russian help.
For the left, to roll Trump out of office by any means
necessary, therefore, was the big objective.
And all available constitutional and institutional
processes were abused to get to this point in the
political process. The left couldn't have
respected any lawful order that would have allowed Trump
to win.
The moral and ethical preening we hear now is just hot
air.
Common decency did not end the Russia Collusion lie.
Nor did it prevent the fake Ukrainian Quid Pro Quo
impeachment trial and the groundbreaking abuses of the
institutional orders that followed.
To know all this and not question the flaws that
produced the result for 2020, must be an invitation to
sacrifice reason.
On the election night, the vote counting was abruptly
stopped in key battleground states.
Republican party observers were cleared out of the
counting rooms, on the excuse that the counting would
resume the next morning.
In reality, the counting went on. By the
next morning, Biden had won; overcoming Trump's
insurmountable leads in all the six battleground states.
Never in the history of presidential vote counting had
such abrupt stoppage happened.
This happened because the traditional rules governing
the electoral process were unconstitutionally broken by
officials in state administrations, not by the
legitimate state legislators within these states.
Officials and governors of states who were not allowed
the rule changes did; such as were done in the states of
Pennsylvania, Georgia, and more.
The constitutional questions raised are yet to be
decided by the US Supreme Court. The key
questions, according to Robert Barnes, Trump's lawyer,
being:
"Whether there was unconstitutional election. Whether
votes were cast by those who were not legally qualified.
And whether votes were counted in a manner not legally
qualified.
But setting the constitutional issues aside, were the
numbers for Biden legit?
A focus on the oddities found in the process - the spike
in vote counts within incredible minutes after the
pause, immense protest arising after the election, the
continuing behavior of Democrats and their anti-Trumper
allies in Washington, including the media, to prevent
transparency - should require investigations.
But strangely,
curiosity about any of these is being quashed and the
solid fervor for the American tradition of "integrity in
our elections" has suddenly melted.
For four years, Trump was investigated, prosecuted, and
persecuted non-stop for the baseless Russia Collusion
charge by the left.
A special prosecutor, Mueller, more an inquisitor, was
appointed to investigate the faux charge, at the cost of
$35 million-plus and for almost three years.
But one week could not be found to spare the angst
concerning the integrity of the 2020 election.
We know the questionable balloting allegedly occurred in
only six states. But requests for due diligence
have become a tug of war; with state officials raising
walls of resistance, using technicalities, prompted
mostly by ideological biases and the institutional need
to save face.
Official Washington seems to go along, hoping the
problem could go away or be resolved behind the scenes
by insider Washington elites.
After all, they seem to think, the only losers would be
Trump and his bunch of cult members (75 million in the
last election, the best an incumbent has done so far).
So, requests for forensic examination of the legal
ballots in the battleground states have been stymied.
In one county, Atrium, in Michigan state where it was
allowed, it was found that the Dominion voting machines
used, flipped large votes from Trump to Biden for the
latter to win that county.
Remaining to be seen is whether counties and states
beyond Michigan would allow similar examinations of the
machines.
