Dear Diaspora Colleague,

 

The African Diaspora Program (ADP) of the African Region of the World Bank will soon  launch the Development Market Place, for America (D-MADA) as part of its ongoing "Mobilizing the African Diaspora for Development" initiative .during which the global African Diaspora community will be invited to participate.  The Program will seek proposals from the community of the African Diaspora in the USA and Canada, who wish to implement projects related to Youth & Employment in Africa..  

 

We are developing a mailing list of African Diaspora legally registered organizations or enterprises i.e. foundations, research institutes, academic institutions, non-government organizations and private businesses in North America..  ADP will contact this organizations or groups to participate in this year’s D-MADA Program of activities. 

 

Here is where we need your assistance. .Please circulate the attached “Template” to members of your community organizations, foundations, religious organizations, research and or educational institutes, non-government organizations, and private businesses. Encourage the individuals or organizations to download and fill out  the attached one-page template based on the examples provided.  Return the document duly completed to my colleague Dominic Ntube at dntube@worldbank.org or dntube1@gmail.com or by fax at 202-477-0380.  You can also reach him by phone @ 202-473-5169 or @ 202-905-9010.  African Diasporan from French/Losophone Speaking countries are particularly encouraged to complete action on the attached document.  .
