Viewing: 7:30 a.m.
Service: 9:30 a.m.
Final Funeral Rites follow at the Forecourt of the
Great Hall, after interment.

Prof. Alexander Adum Kwapong passed on Saturday 9th
August 2014, aged 87; leaving an amazing legacy.
He was the father of Akora Korantema Adi-Dako
(1973), Akora Oseiwa (1975), Akora Opokua (1977),
Akora Adumea (1982), Faake and Kweiki.
Prof. Kwapong attended Achimota School from 1941 -
1945 and proceeded to Cambridge University, UK to
read Classics; returning to the University of Ghana
where he became the first Ghanaian Vice Chancellor
in 1966. He served for 11 years.
Prof. Kwapong was a founding trustee of the Achimota
Trust UK .
