IGP-The police is ready for Obama’s visit

The Inspector General of Police (IGP), Paul Quaye has stated
that the Police Service in collaboration with other security
services are ready to offer effective policing during and
after the visit of President Barak Obama to Ghana.
According to him, he is satisfied and pleased with the
security arrangements so far, adding the police will not
leave any stone unturned to ensure everything goes on
successfully.
All the necessary arrangements and facilities according to
him, are now in place waiting for the United States of
America’s President.
Mr. Oquaye assured Ghanaians of the police preparedness to
make sure the visit of President Obama becomes a joyous one
for all.
“I am satisfied so far because we have competent men and
women, very competent, very well trained and very well
qualified force.
“So the arrangement so far is something that I am satisfied
with." He said;
